Gamja Tang 韩国土豆汤
Ingredients:
1-pkg pork backbones
dwenjang (bean paste) to taste (I bought Pulmuone brand, yellow label)
gochujang (hot pepper paste) to taste
2-medium-size potatoes, peeled and cut into big pieces (small ones tend to melt away)
whole red pepper
diced garlic
green onions (cut to approx. 2-inch piece)
sliced onions (cut to approx. 3-inch pieces)
sliced ginger
rice wine
roasted perilla seeds, black pepper, sesame seeds
sesame leaves(苏子叶), sukgat(茼蒿)
